West Earth is proud to support Stqo:Ya Construction, the contracting company of our First Nation Partner, Seabird Island, on an important project for BC Parks. As we were brought in late in the project, our team is actively addressing various challenges, including managing contract deficiencies, coordinating changes in scope, and procuring custom products-all while adhering to a strict timeline influenced by the fish window for the adjacent creek.

Our role includes overseeing change management, ensuring a clear understanding of the contract, coordinating project schedules, and meeting client deliverables. We are emphasizing the critical importance of effective communication between field and office teams, as well as ensuring that both managers and field supervisors have a comprehensive understanding of the project's contract and scope of work. Transparent communication with the client is also essential to align on workflow progress and timelines.
